To create an unforgettable experience for the elite guests from visiting asian countries at the residential conference in goa. create live office space, election center along with breakout rooms for the conference ensuring strict protocols and confidentiality parameters are met

The Idea

We hired the grand hyatt, goa as it constitutes of the largest banquet space in the city. the entire hotel including the walkways were fabricated highlighting the election agenda and participating countries. the atrium was converted to a hospitality lounge having exclusive setup for check-in and welcome hospitalities. the goa airport and enroute to hotel was painted with large format hoarding welcoming the guests for the elections
